Admin Dashboard
A comprehensive overview of your company's workforce activity, safety metrics, and project performance.
Accessing the Dashboard
Navigate to Admin → Dashboard from the main menu. The dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your company's operations for the selected month.
Stat Cards
Four summary cards are displayed at the top of the dashboard:
- Total Users: Number of registered users (click to go to the users list)
- Active Projects: Number of currently active projects (click to go to the projects list)
- Total Locations: Number of configured locations (click to go to the locations list)
- Total Contractors: Number of contractors on record (click to go to the contractors list)
Quick Navigation: Each stat card is clickable and takes you directly to the corresponding list page for more detail.
Month Selector
Use the month selector dropdown to switch between months. All charts and metrics on the dashboard will update to reflect the selected month's data.
Monthly Check-ins Chart
A line chart displaying the number of daily check-ins for the selected month. Use this to identify trends in workforce attendance and spot unusual dips or spikes.
Accidents Overview
A safety summary panel showing:
- This Month: Total accident count for the current month
- This Year: Total accident count for the current year
- By Severity: Breakdown into minor, moderate, and severe categories
- Open vs Resolved: Count of accidents still open compared to those resolved
- Days Since Last Accident: Tracks consecutive safe days
Manpower Trends
Displays workforce metrics for the selected month:
- Workers per Day: Daily worker count trend
- Hours per Day: Daily hours worked trend
- Total Workers: Aggregate worker count for the month
- Total Hours: Aggregate hours worked for the month
Project Activity
A bar chart showing the top 10 projects ranked by entry count. Useful for identifying your busiest job sites at a glance.
Contractor Leaderboard
A ranked list of the top 10 contractors by hours worked during the selected month. Each entry shows:
- Contractor Name
- Total Workers: Number of workers deployed
- Total Hours: Cumulative hours worked
Check-in Timing
Insights into workforce scheduling patterns:
- Average Check-in Time: The typical time workers clock in
- Average Hours Worked: Mean duration of work sessions
- Peak Hours: The busiest times of day for check-ins
Weekly Comparison
Compares this week's performance against the previous week with percentage change indicators:
- Entries: This week vs last week entry count
- Manpower Hours: This week vs last week total hours
- Accidents: This week vs last week accident count
Location Activity
A ranked view of the top 10 locations by entry count, helping you see which areas have the most workforce traffic.
